Stephanie Glaros is a facilitative leader and teaching artist. Her niche is harnessing the power of autobiographical storytelling to spark human connection across differences. Through skill-building and embodied practices, she enables systems-level change by developing the relational infrastructure required to approach problems collaboratively.

Prior to joining Dartmouth, Glaros was Associate Director of One Small Step Campus Partnerships for StoryCorps. She previously served as Art Director for Utne Reader magazine and created Humans of Minneapolis, a collection of photographic portraits and audio interviews archived in Hennepin County Library’s permanent collection. She taught visual communication at the University of Minnesota’s Hubbard School of Journalism and at Minneapolis College.
